Investors are requested to note that Paytm Money Ltd. is permitted to receive/pay money from/to investors through designated bank accounts only named as client bank accounts. Paytm Money Ltd. is also required to disclose these client bank accounts to the Stock Exchange. Hence, any payments done via UPI, NB or Bank Transfers will be settled to this account for the purpose of dealings in your trading account with us by payment gateways or banks. The details of these client bank accounts are also displayed by Stock Exchanges on their website under “Know/ Locate your Stock Broker
You may add/transfer funds into your Paytm Money account from a registered bank account via different modes.
- UPI Payment Options – Customers can make a payment from registered bank accounts with Paytm Money. We offer both the types of payment options on UPI, either by selecting PSP Payment App (only on Android) or by entering UPI ID and completing payment on the UPI App against the UPI id entered.
- Quick/Recommended – If you have already registered with Paytm Payments Bank, the following steps will be quite easy. All you have to do is click on the Quick/Recommended on the Add Funds page in the paytm money app. All you have to do is enter your paytm bank pass code and your transaction is complete.This will help you save time and multiple attempts.
- Bank Transfer – You can add the trading account as a beneficiary in your bank account, and start transferring funds without using the Paytm Money App. This allows you to transfer money using the NEFT/IMPS/RTGS modes.
Please note the following steps to find it in the App
- Log in the Paytm Money app
- Go the the Account Section
- Go to Bank Transfer Details
- You will find the account details where you can do the Bank Transfer
- Also the registered account from where you can do the transfer
- Go to your netbanking page of your account and initiate a transaction towards the mentioned account number and IFSC code mentioned in the app under the Bank Transfer Details section

- The Good Old Netbanking Option – In case you are experiencing difficulties with the above options, you can still make a payment through the tried-and-tested net banking method. All you have to do is select your preferred bank. You will be redirected to your net banking portal, wherein you approve the payment request and the process will be completed in a hassle-free manner. Moving on, once you authorize your payment it will be completed in a few seconds.
