Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced to buyback 4 crore shares at a price of \u20b94,500 per share resulting in a total offer size of \u20b918,000 crore. <\/span>Feb 23, 2022<\/b> is announced as the<\/span> \u201cRecord Date\u201d to determine the entitlement and names of the shareholders who will be eligible to participate in the Buyback.<\/span><\/p>\n

You must hold the TCS stocks in your<\/span> demat account on the record date i.e. <\/span>Feb 23, 2022<\/b> to be eligible to participate in the Buyback. If you don\u2019t hold any stock, you won\u2019t be eligible for the buyback.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Feature to apply for the buyback is not available in our platform for now, but the same is in our road-map and we will work to provide it soon. Currently, you can apply for buyback using CDSL easiest.<\/span><\/p>\n

Buyback has now started, complete all the following steps to tender\/apply your TCS Shares in the offer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

How to Participate in buyback?<\/b><\/h2>\n

\u200b<\/span>You need to go to the following link: <\/span>https:\/\/web.cdslindia.com\/myeasi\/Registration\/EasiestRegistration<\/span><\/a> and register to make an account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following are the steps to register an account :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Enter your Paytm Money DP ID and Client ID :\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

Steps to find your DP ID and Client ID (App) : <\/span><\/em>
\n<\/span>
\n<\/span>(i) Login to Paytm Money app<\/span>
\n<\/span>(ii) Open Stocks section <\/span>
\n<\/span>(iii) Open Account section and touch to open the arrow on the top right to land on your profile<\/span>
\n<\/span>(iii) Scroll down to the Demat Account details<\/span>
\n<\/span>(iv) Use the DP ID in the details<\/span>
\n<\/span>(v) Use last 8 digits of Demat account number(BOID) as the Client ID<\/span>
\n<\/span><\/p>\n

Steps to find your DP ID and Client ID (Website) :\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

(i) Login and surf to : Paytm Money Stocks<\/a><\/span>
\n<\/span><\/a>(ii) Use the DP ID in the details<\/span>
\n<\/span>(iii) Use last 8 digits of Demat account number(BOID) as the Client ID<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number :<\/b>
\n<\/span><\/h3>\n

3. Enter the details as required in the following steps and complete your registration :<\/b><\/h3>\n

In the step in the above screenshot, <\/span>In Account Type checkbox: Trusted Account should be selected by customer<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Complete the continuing steps. Once registration is done, it will be activated within one working day.<\/span><\/p>\n

Post successful registration, and account creation, kindly follow the instructions below :<\/span><\/p>\n

If you already have an \u201cAccount of Choice\u201d, follow these steps to change to a \u201cTrusted Account\u201d, otherwise skip to Step (2) to add Paytm Money Account as the \u201cTrusted Account\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

#1 To apply for buyback, the Transfer option should be a trusted account. If your Transfer option is Account of choice ( chosen earlier ) then follow the below steps to change it to a trusted account. You can see the transfer option once you login to the easiest account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Path:\u00a0<\/strong> Click on Miscellaneous -> Click on Modify Mode of Operation -> Submit<\/span><\/p>\n

Wait for the approval from DP to continue with the next step.<\/span><\/p>\n

#2\u00a0 After DP approves account choice, the customer has to add Paytm Money’s account as a trusted account.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
