Important Update on Charts

If your charts are working slowly on Android, this blog is for you. This issue is happening due to the recent update released by Android on its Android System Webview update.

But not to worry, we have an easy fix!

To fix this issue, please follow a few simple steps below:

1. Visit this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.webview on your Android device.

Note: If this link is not working, search for “Android System WebView” on Play Store

2. Click on the “Uninstall” button and it will solve the issue by going back to the older version of the app.

This issue is only observed on Paytm Money’s Android Application and charts are working fine on iOS and web platforms. 

Note: The issue in Paytm Money’s Android application is only observed with the Android System WebView version 108.0.5359.128 and all the prior and newer versions are working fine.
