Your One97 Communications ESOPs credited are present in your Paytm Money demat account. Since these are unlisted shares these won’t be currently visible under the portfolio section in the app (similar to most other platforms). Portfolio shows stocks which can be bought or sold on the exchanges currently.

 

About Paytm IPO

Paytm IPO is open for applications from Mon, 8th – Wed, 10th Nov 2021. You can apply for the IPO in Retail (< 2 Lakhs) category on Paytm Money. You can submit your application now itself in Pre-Open (Apply Here ) and approve the mandate on 8th Nov on your UPI app. 

You can also apply in HNI category too (>2 Lakhs) using the HNI feature we have launched recently. This feature is available for Axis Bank account holders only currently. We in the process of integrating other banks. Know more 

 

When will I see Paytm stock in Portfolio?

Paytm stock is expected to be listed on exchange on Thursday, 18 Nov 2021. Your stock will be visible in the portfolio section post this date. You can track the live price of the stock and view it like any other stock listed in the exchanges. You can Buy or Sell the stock once it’s listed.

 

How to view unlisted stocks in demat?

You can view your unlisted shares in the CDSL Demat statement at the end of the month (i.e Aug data will be updated at the end of Sep). You can download this report from this link – https://www.cdslindia.com/cas/logincas.aspx. Once One97 is listed post IPO, you will see the stock under the Portfolio section and you will be able to buy/sell like any stock.
