Om Power Transmission IPO is a book-built issue worth ₹150.06 crores. It includes a fresh issue of 0.76 crore shares amounting to ₹132.56 crores and an offer for sale of 0.10 crore shares worth ₹17.50 crores.

The IPO will open for subscription on April 9, 2026, and close on April 13, 2026. The allotment is expected to be finalised on April 15, 2026, with a tentative listing date of April 17, 2026 on both NSE and BSE.

The price band for the issue is set between ₹166 and ₹175 per share. Investors can apply in lots of 85 shares, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,875 at the upper price band. For sNII investors, the minimum investment is ₹2,08,250 for 14 lots, while bNII investors need ₹10,11,500 for 68 lots.

Om Power Transmission Ltd. is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company focused on power transmission infrastructure, with over 14 years of experience. Established in 2011, the company specialises in high-voltage and extra-high voltage transmission lines, substations, and underground cabling projects delivered on a turnkey basis.

Its services cover the entire project lifecycle, including design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and ongoing operation and maintenance. The company has executed projects spanning more than 1,000 circuit kilometres of transmission lines and developed 11 substations.

Om Power Transmission operates across voltage ranges from 11 kV to 400 kV for transmission lines and up to 220 kV for substations. While its core operations began in Gujarat, it has expanded into Rajasthan, Punjab, and the union territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu.
