Adani Energy Solutions Limited, headquartered at Ahmedabad in Gujarat, is the transmission and distribution arm of the Adani Portfolio, as fastest growing and the largest private transmission company in India. Its ultimate holding entity is S.B. Adani Family Trust (SBAFT), having the registered office in Gujarat. The Company operates across 14 states, with a portfolio of 26,696 circuit kilometers (ckm) of transmission lines and more than 90,236 MVA of power transformation capacity from 132 to 765 kilovolts of HVAC systems and 500 kilovolts of HVDC systems. Adani Energy Solutions Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Adani Transmission Limited' on 9 December, 2013, which got changed to 'Adani Energy Solutions Limited' on July 19, 2023.
