Downtime Due To Maintenance Activity2 min read
As part of the regulatory mandate, Paytm Money is performing a scheduled maintenance service to ensure its digital platform performs efficiently in case of unprecedented disasters/downtimes at any point of time in the future.
To keep this activity exhaustive and fool-proof, the following products and services will be under downtime from 6 am Mar 25, 2023, to 7 pm Mar 25, 2023.
1. View Watchlist Content
Watchlists and previously saved stocks will not be visible during this time period but will soon be up and running once maintenance gets over!
2. Add Funds via Netbanking
Funds addition via Netbanking will be under downtime.
3. Funds Withdrawal
Users will not be able to place a request for fund withdrawal during the maintenance period, but can place the request after the activity.
4. Ledger History
Users will not be able to access and view their ledger history, and the corresponding debit and credit details, but this will be up and running after the maintenance.
5. Search for Stocks
While users will be able to view their portfolio and positions, they will not be able to use the app to search for equity scrips or place after-market orders on them.
6. View Past Orders
Users who have placed orders in the past will not be able to see their order history under orders tab till the downtime gets over.
7. Place AMO Orders
After market orders will not be processed during this time, any after market orders will be canceled/failed. Users can place AMO orders after this activity.
8. Equity Charts
Due to a lack of price information, price charts for stocks won’t be visible during this time and will be mostly empty. This will be fixed, up, and running after the activity gets over.
9. Margin Calculator
The margin calculator will face downtime, any margin-related calculations can be resumed after this exercise.
10. Onboarding
New users will not be able to create an account and become Paytm Money customers during this time. Users can hold on to their horses, as they will soon be welcomed!
11. IPO Section
IPO dashboard will be under downtime, once over users will be able to see past and current IPOs with all the details
12. MF & Equity Account Statements
Statements and reports for MF and equity, like ledgers, contract notes, and so on will be unavailable during this time.
