Few users are experiencing issue on the Paytm money app / website. Users are unable to see the dashboard options due to a technical issue. Inconvenience is regretted. Here are steps that will help while the issue is getting resolved.
iOS APP
Here are some steps go into the Stocks section if you are not able to see the portfolio on the home screen. If you are seeing an empty screen on iOS app as below, please tap on the profile icon on top left. You will see option of various Categories. Tap on Equity to enter the stocks section.
Paytm money Website
Here are some steps go into the Stocks section if you are not able to see the portfolio on the home screen. If you are seeing an empty screen on website app as below, please tap on the Stocks & ETFs section on the left side to view the Stocks section.
